# Corporate Structure

“Alpha Labs LTD” is registered in Gibraltar. Gibraltar was chosen as the domicile for the operating company due to the favorable regulatory environment as it pertains to Initial coin offerings (ICO’s).  FORE Protocol is the primary product of this company. “Alpha Labs LTD” is 100% owned by Alpha Labs Holdings LTD which is registered in the Cayman Islands.
