# Business Model

We believe in a long-term, data-driven approach to decision making. We believe that analytics should drive all of our decisions, from how we design our products to how we market them. Our focus on analytics is what allows us to extract important information and see how our hypotheses are working out. With an emphasis on analytics, we can track the data related to that element to determine what converts to user activity and our goals. That is our ultimate operating model, and it’s how we scale quality decision-making across all areas of the business.
